slowdang is my personal Instagram tag. Initially, I chose this name because I would always have to tell my friends to slow down and wait for me (cuz my car is slow). It was a funny joke and everyone always said “daaaang” the first time seeing my car, so it seemed fitting!
After a while, I realized there was more to the saying “slow down” that I could use to represent myself. I have ADHD, so I find myself overworking and burning out a lot faster.
Over this last year, I have learned to slow down and it has made me re-think the real meaning behind “slowdang.”
